  1. SCOTUS Justice Clarence Thomas stated that the Supreme Court was "being held hostage on this issue." By WHOM? How can this court deny justice to the people of the United States on such an important and crucial constitutional matter? Why do we, the people, have no standing in any court of law?

  2. How sad nothing should trump the constitution but we have to look at the NDAA Bill, the Patriot Act( which its name is a contradiction in terms, and also ignoring posse comitatas. These all have run our constitution into the ground. I am so proud of all of you for doing what you do to bring this problem out into the open

  3. Wherewith has the NH AG been served? I'm not sure how an affidavit stating that these persons spoke with the NH AG in 2009 affects the matter at hand, except to establish the AG's legal liability for dereliction of his duty to support and uphold the Constitution of the United States.

I can imagine the weasels saying, "The Constitution and whose army trumps the Commander-in-Chief and overseer of the Dept. of Justice?" Cowards and traitors must be COMPELLED to obey and to enforce the Constitution as the law of the land.
